This hood type dishwasher by DIHR is the perfect solution for commercial kitchens’ washing needs. Its intuitive hood operated start/stop function will leave you with over 60 racks of pristine dishes every hour. All DIHR machines are gravity drain systems and require fitted chemical dispensers.
