Duties include, but not limited to:
Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
 - Update and manage general ledgers and trial balances.
 - Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
 
Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records.
 - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
 
Invoicing and Billing
- Prepare, send, and track invoices.
 - Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from clients.
 - Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of bills.
 
Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements
 
Tax Preparation
- Prepare and submit tax returns.
 - Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
 - Keep track of deductions, credits, and other tax-related items.
 
Expense Tracking
- Monitor and categorize expenses.
 - Ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
 - Prepare expense reports.
 
Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
 - Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
