Senior Bookkeeper

Core (Head Office)

Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant position

Duties include, but not limited to:

Financial Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Update and manage general ledgers and trial balances.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Invoicing and Billing

  • Prepare, send, and track invoices.
  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of bills.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements

Tax Preparation

  • Prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Keep track of deductions, credits, and other tax-related items.

Expense Tracking

  • Monitor and categorize expenses.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
  • Prepare expense reports.

Financial Analysis

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
