The Microplane Adjustable V-blade slicer with additional Julienne blade features an impressive ultra-sharp V-blade which effortlessly slices vegetables for home-made chips, burger garnish like tomatoes and onions. The blade is reversible with Julienne teeth on the other side producing perfectly cut julienne strips for coleslaw or stir-fry dinners, hashbrown potatoe strips or cucumber stips for summer salads. The ergonomic soft-touch handle and the rubber foot ensure a firm hold and a flexible handling. The infinity dial allows any thickness from paper thin to ultra thick slices.
