April 2009, another month has passed and another franchise has been opened. Tygervalley is now owned by Bruce & Wilma Barnes(picture: refer to branches page). We at CORE would like to welcome Bruce to the family and wish him all the best in this very exciting venture we are embarking on.

We at Core Catering are proud to have our first franschise outside of South Africa which was opened in March 2009. Namibia marked this historic moment. It is owned by Jenny Comalie(top-middle picture). We wish her and her team all the best for the future.

We at CORE enjoyed another historical moment in our history. This was the franchising of our second branch for March 2009, Hermanus, which is now owned by Carel Ferreira (left). We would like to welcome Carel to TEAM CORE and wish him and his TEAM all the best.

March 2009 was a very important month for us at CORE. It marked the beginning of our franchising campaign which has been a great success. PE was our first franchise which has been rolled out which and is now owned by Joanne Weir (top-left-middle). We would like to welcome Joanne to TEAM CORE and wish her and her TEAM all the best.

A very special day took place on the 19`th of JUNE 2009. TEAM CORE held a Charity Golf Day in aid of a children`s charity and it was a resounding success. A few celebrities attended the event namely Breyton Paulse(International Rugby Player), Robby Kempson(International Rugby Player) as well as Vanessa Marawa(Winner of Survivor South Africa). We would like to send out our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to all parties involved in this great event.

The Hostex Marketing Expo 2009 took place on March 15-18 2009 at the Sandton Convention Centre. An exciting event for CORE as well as the catering industry. The event was a success as we were able to gain as well as build existing relationships. We are looking forward to the next Hostex Event in the not to distant future.

Our 9´th birthday was celebrated at The Ritz Hotel in Cape Town. This great occasion was spent with some key staff and valued clients, who have made us who we are today.
